Security Types

We will accept the following property as security:

• Freehold or leasehold residential property
  (If leasehold it must have a minimum term of 75 years)

• Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO)

• Semi Commercial

• Commercial

• Offices

• Land 

 

For Limited Companies we will also require:

• A debenture 

• Full personal guarantees from directors and shareholders
